Simply because sometimes brownies is exactly what a family needs. Especially when there are five hungry children to feed.
These brownies are less of the goo&crunch variety, more of the dense&rich type.

Just to let you know I and a certain nigerian man had brownies a couple of weeks ago that were deemed 'the best we have ever had X1000' you should ask him what browines what they were, he liked them enough to ask at the counter who they were made by and how.
